Items will be delivered wrapped and rolled to the ground floor of the provided address. No unpacking of the items is included in the delivery service.

Care and Maintenance
  • Vacuum regularly to remove fluff and dust from the pile
  • Clean spills promptly with a cold undyed damp cloth.
  • Periodic professional cleaning recommended.
  • Avoid steam cleaning, as moisture can affect the pile of your rug. The rugs are to be dry-cleaned only.
  • Shedding will occur and sprouts of yarn may come up to the surface during initial use. Clip with sharp scissors.
